What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and assist with documentation for transaction management
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Handle general administrative duties and ensure the quality of transaction information in databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with financial analysis and reporting functions
Familiarity with real estate market research and data manipulation
Proficiency in using transaction management technology and tools
Background in client feedback coordination and surveys
Ability to draft and process requests for service or client initiation documents
