What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
Track and report on upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Assist the transactions team with documentation required during the transaction management process
Prepare negotiation summaries and conduct market research for presentations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documentsMinimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with real estate market analysis and reporting
Familiarity with transaction management technology and databases
Previous experience in client-facing roles within the real estate sector
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
