Business Development Representative (BDR)

to join our go-to-market team and help accelerate our growth.

As a

BDR , you will play a key role in driving our B2B SaaS pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by targets and growth.

What you will do

Identify and prospect B2B SaaS leads across target industries and markets

Reach out to decision-makers (C-level, VP, Directors) via email, phone, and LinkedIn

Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and business needs

Generate interest and book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve messaging and campaigns

Continuously optimize outreach sequences and improve conversion rates

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points

Requirements

2+ years of experience

as a BDR/SDR in

B2B SaaS

Proven track record of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation

Fluent English, written and verbal

Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Highly organized with strong time-management skills

Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment (KPIs, quotas)

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales career
