Perform and oversee high-quality carpentry work, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and custom finishes to meet luxury construction standards. Site Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, ensuring efficiency, quality workmanship, and adherence to project timelines. Project Coordination:
Work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and problem-solve issues as they arise. Quality Control:
Maintain the highest craftsmanship standards by ensuring all work meets design specifications, building codes, and client expectations. Safety & Compliance:
Enforce and uphold safety protocols on-site, ensuring a clean, organized, and secure work environment. Material & Tool Management:
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for each phase of construction, preventing delays and optimizing productivity. Client Interaction:
Occasionally interact with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the work being completed. Qualifications: Minimum
5 years of experience
as a carpenter in high-end residential construction, with at least
2 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and millwork. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications. Leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with BuilderTrend Project Management Software is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary:
$75,000 per year,
