A healthcare client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Nashville, TN. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Skills and Requirements: 5+ years experience Mid or Senior Business Analyst Technical and Functional expertise Led complex, full end-to-end project lifecycle (scratch, requirements gathering, build/delivery oversight, and go-live planning execution and stabilization) Strong requirements gathering and validation experience Comfortable managing budget, scope, and delivery risk Experience working on large enterprise-wide projects across multiple lines of business Working knowledge of.NET, UI Path, SQL, Databases Experience working in an agile and/or waterfall environment Healthcare/Hospital IT experience highly preferred
