About the Role
We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to build new client relationships and grow a personal book of business in the Jacksonville market. This is a pure sales, individual contributor role. Not remote.
Responsibilities
Prospect and close new B2B clients within light industrial staffing
Build and grow a profitable book of business
Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close and account expansion
Develop long-term, consultative client relationships
Manage pricing and margins to drive profitability
Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs
Qualifications
Staffing industry sales experience – REQUIRED
Proven success in B2B outside sales
Strong understanding of staffing pricing and margins
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Pay range and compensation package
Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 (based on staffing sales experience)
Uncapped commission — no sunset clause
