We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Walterboro, South Carolina. As the first point of contact for our customers and vendors, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. This is a contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within the organization while contributing to our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors promptly while managing vendor appointments with attention to detail. Confirm sales orders and ensure accurate entry into accounting systems. Maintain customer accounts in sourcing databases, keeping records up to date. Research and select cost-effective freight carriers to optimize shipping processes. Organize and file sales orders efficiently in customer files. Coordinate order details with the warehouse team, ensuring timely pick-ups and shipments. Prepare shipping labels, manifests, and documentation for outbound deliveries. Support the sales team by providing assistance with various customer-related tasks. Process inbound and outbound invoices while maintaining accurate financial records. Manage online orders, update the company website, and sustain relationships with vendors and distributors. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar setting. Strong communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls effectively. Familiarity with NetSuite CRM or similar systems. Ability to generate leads and actively support sales initiatives. Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing shipping and invoicing tasks. Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience with maintaining vendor and distributor relationships.
