Design and deliver high-level Salesforce solutions with a focus on Communications Cloud / Vlocity.

Lead Enterprise Cart Management (ECM) and complex product modeling initiatives.

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solution blueprints.

Define integration patterns and guide development teams through implementation.

Optimize Salesforce CPQ, order management flows, and overall Salesforce ecosystem.

Ensure seamless integration with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft.

Required Skills & Expertise

Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity, including CPQ and order management.

Broad Salesforce knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

Data Cloud and MuleSoft integration experience.

Strong architectural, problem-solving, and technical leadership capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

Proven Salesforce Developer or Architect experience with Communications Cloud / Vlocity.

Education

Overview:\nJoin a leading team delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions with a focus on Communications Cloud/Vlocity. Drive CPQ, order management, and ECM workflows while integrating with Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into technical blueprints.

Lead development teams and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Configure Salesforce, develop Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications while ensuring secure, compliant solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Salesforce Communications Cloud/Vlocity, CPQ, and ECM experience.

Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Salesforce configuration, and administration.

Integrations with MuleSoft and Data Cloud; Eclipse/Force.com IDE and Data Loader proficiency.

Strong CRM knowledge and experience with complex product modeling.

Experience:

Proven track record delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

Hands‑on experience in CPQ, order management, and complex product workflows.

Leadership experience guiding development teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
