The Sr. Marketing Specialist Service Retention leads the daily management and optimization of Honda's Service Reminder Program, overseeing strategy, creative development, vendor coordination, data logic, and campaign performance across a $12M+ budget. This role also drives enhancements to the Honda DreamShop and Loyalty Programs to increase customer engagement and long-term service retention. By analyzing campaign data and customer insights, the specialist identifies trends, develops strategic recommendations, and presents updates to senior leadership. Additionally, the role partners closely with field teams, regional managers, and dealers to support program adoption and ensure alignment with brand standards and the overall customer experience. Sr. Marketing Specialist-Service Dept. Details: Contract position $ 33.00 to $ 34.80 / hour First Shift 50% - Lead day-to-day management of the Service Reminder Program, including strategy, creative, vendor oversight, data logic, campaign setup, performance tracking, and dealer communications. Ensure seamless execution that aligns with business goals and dealer capacity. ($12M+ budget) 20% - Drive the development and optimization of Honda DreamShop and Loyalty Programs marketing efforts. Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance customer engagement and encourage long-term service retention. 20% - Analyze program performance using campaign reporting and customer data insights. Identify trends, develop recommendations, and present strategic updates to senior management and executive stakeholders 10% - Coordinate with field teams, regional management, and dealer communications to support program adoption, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with brand messaging and customer experience expectations. Sr. Marketing Specialist-Service Dept.
