Role Summary

We’re seeking a Fractional Sales Director or Executive Liaison to represent our company during client walkthroughs, pre-bid meetings, and proposal conversations. This person will be called upon when new leads arise—typically for on-site visits—and will play a key role in helping us communicate our value and secure contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Attend scheduled walkthroughs with prospective clients
  • Represent the company with professionalism and clarity
  • Build trust and rapport quickly with decision-makers
  • Gather key insights from each visit and relay to the internal team
  • Participate in brief follow-up or proposal calls when needed

Compensation & Incentives

  • $65/hour for time spent on engagements, including prep, travel, and follow-up
  • $250 success bonus for any client that signs a contract as a result of your involvement

This role is contract-based and flexible, ideal for someone who enjoys high-impact client interaction without the commitment of a full-time role.

Ideal Candidate

5+ years in sales, client relations, or operations (service industry preferred)

  • Strong verbal communication and executive presence
  • Reliable, well-organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Owns reliable transportation and is punctual for site visits
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning, facilities management, or property services is a plus (but not required)

Schedule & Availability

This is an as-needed role. You’ll be contacted when a walkthrough or client meeting is scheduled—typically 2 to 4 times per month. We’ll work with your availability to schedule engagements in advance.
