Base Pay
$135,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
Position Summary
The Director of Business Analysis and Grants (the “Director”) will be responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Executive Leaders, and other service line leaders in enhancing the economic value of the health center and its subsidiaries by assisting the development of business plans, providing operation analyses, and monitoring grant development and management. The Director will oversee data support and grants management staff and provide training and support for their professional development. The Director will collaborate with other team members in reporting and operations analytics for various initiatives such as provider productivity and clinical improvement analysis. The Director shall support the CFO and the Finance Department in developing multi-year service line production analysis to support financial plans and annual budgets, analyze revenue cycle related data and report on trends and variances. He/she will assist the CFO with analyzing payor contracts and monitoring financial performance of such contracts. The Director will identify grant opportunities, develop and submit grant applications, communicate with funding agencies, and ensure compliance with grant reporting and administration.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of experience and education required
- An advanced degree, other professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, FHFMA), database administration, and/or equivalent work experience highly preferred
- Minimum of eight years industry experience that may include project management or professional services consulting in a non-profit healthcare environment required
