What You’ll Do
As our Director of Business Development, you'll represent our PSN brand to current and potential clients to provide tailored Staffing & Recruiting solutions. You’ll work closely with our recruiting team to develop winning strategies, grow key accounts, and expand our reach in the market.
- Drive new business by building relationships with local companies
- Grow and manage existing client accounts provided by PSN
- Partner with recruiters to match top talent with open roles
- Leverage job boards and social media for outreach and ad placement
- Follow up on warm leads provided by our internal team
- Create email marketing campaigns tailored to different industries
- Stay informed about our most placeable candidates to offer top-tier talent to clients
- Keep communication flowing between clients and internal teams
Experience We Are Seeking
- 4+ years of proven success in staffing/recruiting sales
- Solid knowledge of the NJ/NY client landscape (preferred)
- Comfortable with technology and active on social media
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A great sense of humor—because let’s face it, we love to work hard and laugh harder
- Established industry contacts are a big plus
