Interim Learning Transformation Director

We’re currently supporting a global retail organisation in their search for an Interim Learning Transformation Director to join their senior HR leadership team.

This is a pivotal transformation role focused on diagnosing the current global learning ecosystem, defining a future-state strategy, and designing a scalable, commercially aligned operating model within a complex, matrixed and internationally distributed organisation.

This is a senior, transformation-focused interim appointment with global scope, operating across the US and the UK. The role requires a minimum three days per week in office and flexibility to work across time zones. The initial contract is for 12 months, and will be looking to pay up to $100/hour outside IR35 or on a fixed-term basis paying up to $150k.
