Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Executive to lead global Performance Management learning and enablement initiatives. This role involves redesigning and rebuilding the global performance management and review process for next review cycle. Serving as a strategic partner across HR, leadership, and project teams, this role provides end-to-end oversight of content creation, regional customization, survey development, and feedback analytics to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for employees worldwide. Additionally, the role manages complex timelines, optimizes LMS reporting, and delivers data-driven guidance to strengthen enterprise performance processes.
Key Accountabilities:
Design and develop multi-format learning materials for Year-end Performance (reviews, calibration, check-in conversations) and Goal Setting that are customized and translated for global audiences (employees, people managers, senior leaders, HR partners) – resources may include guides, e-learning, video tutorials, infographics, and other interactive tools.
Partner with our project management team is to maintain alignment with key deliverables, assist with communications planning, and update our program and Teams pages.
Build surveys and manage feedback loops to capture employee sentiment and improvement opportunities across regions.
Create reporting in Cornerstone and prepare summaries to track progress and share insights with key stakeholders.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with end-to-end performance management programs at a large global company (preferred experience in performance calibration best practices, processes, and resource development).
Proven ability to design and develop HR program resources that exemplify instructional design principles and best practices.
Ability to coordinate activities and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders in preparation for an enterprise program launch.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide context and instruction in a clear and simple way to a global audience.
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment at a high level of competence.
Demonstrated consultative skills and knowledge of change management best practices.
Qualifications & Education:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with end-to-end performance management programs at a large global company (preferred experience in performance calibration best practices, processes, and resource development).
Proven ability to design and develop HR program resources that exemplify instructional design principles and best practices.
Ability to coordinate activities and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders in preparation for an enterprise program launch.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide context and instruction in a clear and simple way to a global audience.
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment at a high level of competence.
Demonstrated consultative skills and knowledge of change management best practices.
10+ years' experience in learning & development, instructional design, performance management or HR program management
Experience supporting performance management cycles for 1,000+ employees in matrixed, global organizations preferred.
Proficiency with learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Canva, or similar).
Excellent project management, communication, and prioritization skills.
LMS experience (Workday, Cornerstone, or similar).
