Base Pay
$157,000.00/yr - $226,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the division.
- Oversee home physician engagement and maintain hospital partnerships.
- Partner with in‑center clinical teams to deliver quality modality education.
- Ensure development and implementation of policies to support patient self‑management.
- Report financial and operational status to divisional leadership.
- Achieve productivity ratios and budget targets; monitor staffing and patient loads.
- Travel up to 50‑70% depending on local division.
Qualifications
- 8 years of multi‑site management experience in healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
- High business acumen and data‑driven analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
- Commitment to patient‑centered care.
