About the Role

We’re looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of enterprise finance technology solutions that power critical workflows across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll define the roadmap for financial systems, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Set the vision and strategy for finance systems products aligned with business objectives.
• Build and lead product teams across multiple domains (Financial Planning, Treasury, People Finance), fostering a strong culture and implementing a modern product operating model.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to co-develop and execute an integrated roadmap that breaks down silos and accelerates transformation.
• Champion innovation by introducing intelligent tools and self-service capabilities to improve user experience.
• Leverage data and research to identify pain points, inform product direction, and measure impact.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years leading large-scale finance programs and technology implementations in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including managing and developing product managers and people managers.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting operations, compliance, and enterprise software.
• Proven ability to translate insights into impactful product strategies and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft) and SaaS solutions.
