Program Director

Overview

Senior Talent Executive at Agility Partners — Director-level Program/Project Management professional to lead an effort to stand up a new SAP ERP. At its core, this role will be instrumental in creating the execution roadmap, corresponding budget and successful deployment.

Base pay range

$80.00/hr - $85.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Create a multiyear execution plan, stakeholder engagement and budget & forecasting.
• Manage, mentor and coach workstream PMO resources.
• Engage with stakeholders to mitigate risks and maintain scope.
• Provide portfolio reporting and oversight.
• Identify escalations and resolutions.
• Apply agile concepts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Agile or hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) methodology experience strongly preferred
• Project Director experience in highly matrixed environments
• Acquisition and/or integration experience preferred
• Proven track record of successful program deployments (on time, on budget)
