Director of IT Infrastructure

Pay Range: $80/hour to $85/hour

We are seeking a seasoned Director of IT Infrastructure to lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and management of infrastructure systems that support our mission-critical, 24/7 healthcare operations. This leadership role is essential in ensuring secure, high-performance network systems across our hospitals and clinics, with a strong focus on reliability, compliance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, deployment, and management of medical-grade networks , with a focus on Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) architecture.
Ensure 24/7 reliability and performance of infrastructure supporting clinical systems, biomedical devices, and hospital operations.
Oversee the integration of healthcare and biomedical technologies within a regulated environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT, clinical, and facilities teams to ensure infrastructure meets operational and compliance needs.
Maintain rigorous standards for uptime, cybersecurity, and performance monitoring in alignment with healthcare best practices.
Ensure adherence to California’s HCAI (Health Care Access and Information) requirements, including infrastructure planning, facility compliance, and code application processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in a hospital or large health system environment.
Expertise in Cisco SDA or similar scalable enterprise network solutions.
Strong working knowledge of California HCAI requirements and processes , especially related to infrastructure compliance and healthcare construction planning.
Experience managing or integrating healthcare/biomedical technologies within a clinical environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
