Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term strategy for direct eCommerce across owned and marketplace channels
• Own and deliver direct sales targets, site performance and P&L outcomes
• Drive consumer journey optimization through data-led merchandising and traffic strategies
• Ensure operational readiness and infrastructure alignment across teams and systems
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute strategic plans and commercial initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience
• Ability to leverage behavioral insights and performance metrics
• Direct accountability for P&L performance
