About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product Management, eCommerce, and Brand Marketing to spearhead the global marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the vision of product innovation, brand leadership, and digital growth, with a focus on strengthening the company's market position. This executive will lead the end-to-end product development and commercialization process, oversee brand and product marketing, eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer insight programs. A key aspect of the role is to ensure a consistent, customer-centric experience across all channels and to accelerate profitable growth.
Applicants for the VP role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years' progressive marketing leadership experience is required, with a background in hardware, hand tools, consumer durables, or related categories being advantageous. The role demands a proven track record in leading multiple marketing functions, including product management, commercialization, brand marketing, eCommerce, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment. A passion for tools and a deep understanding of professional and DIY customer segments are also essential.
