Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is conducting a confidential leadership search on behalf of a major national security technology organization supporting mission‑critical U.S. government programs.

This is not a traditional program management role.

This position leads a portfolio of space and secure mission programs delivering networking, data transport, cybersecurity, and high‑assurance cryptographic capabilities supporting national assets worldwide. The role combines operational execution, customer trust, and business growth responsibility.

You will own a business segment — not just a contract.

The Impact

You will lead a team delivering mission solutions that support high‑stakes national security operations across classified environments. The organization is investing heavily in expanding space and secure communications capabilities, and this leader will play a central role in shaping both execution and future growth.

This role interacts directly with senior government stakeholders and internal executive leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Lead execution of a portfolio of complex classified programs
  • Drive business growth, capture strategy, and new contract awards
  • Maintain and expand trusted customer relationships
  • Lead program managers and technical leaders across multiple efforts
  • Deliver financial performance and operational targets
  • Develop short- and long-term segment strategy
  • Guide teams supporting space, networking, cyber, and secure communications missions
  • Influence organizational direction and future mission investment

Required Experience

  • Active, transferable TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • 15+ years leadership experience in defense or national security programs
  • Experience managing high-value development and/or production programs
  • Background supporting space systems, satellites, avionics, secure communications, cyber, or cryptographic systems
  • Experience interacting directly with government customers
  • Proven ability to lead teams and grow business
