Position Summary

We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file visa applications under attorney supervision.
• Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation, and communicate directly with multiple attorneys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program.
• Strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to work independently toward team goals.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

Benefits

In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this D.C. position is between $63,080 to $79,600. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law.
