We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Chicago. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the chance to work on exciting commercial projects. Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr – $155,000.00/yr

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and industry trends.

Profile

• 8+ years of commercial estimating experience at a General Contractor.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
