The Opportunity
Plexus, based in London, is hiring a VP/MD of Recruitment to run our first international office in Brickell, Miami. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on, people manager to lead our existing team of 4 from the front, while establishing yourself, and cementing Plexus as the go-to Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain company globally.
This is an incredibly important hire as part of our ongoing growth plans, and we are looking for a talented and driven leader to spearhead this expansion. This position’s path leads to equity, running multiple US/international offices and the incorporation of other brands, with autotomy and scope for uncapped personal and strategic development.
The Headlines
- Building on our well-established foothold and reputation in the US market (circa 40% of Revenue)
- Medical, 401k and holidays are all negotiable (public holidays plus minimum 20 days as UK standard)
- Working directly with the two co-founders on strategy and scaling plans
- Strong 6-figure base + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Override
- Highly Lucrative Market with average fees of $42-46k
- Support from an established Marketing, Internal Recruitment, Operations and L&D team
- Take on PNL and an current team of 4
- Operating in a 2 Trillion Dollar Market which has doubled in the last three years
What we are looking for
- You will have previously lead and grown sales teams within agency recruitment, ideally within the tech sector but not essential
- Have a track record of training, developing and managing trainee recruiters
- Ability to drive team performance through drivers, KPIS, incentives and mentorship
- While this is not necessarily a billing role you will have proven your ability to bill in the past
- Experience working with sales support functions - Marketing, Talent, Operations, L&D etc
- Will have managed teams recruiting in international markets
