Plexus are working with a leading data analytics platform who serve financial institutions and enterprises interacting with digital assets. They are looking for a Sales Director to help expand their connections across the crypto and institutional space.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a high-potential Americas territory, building a robust pipeline through strategic inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Identify, engage, and close new clients, driving ARR growth and expanding market presence.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, closing deals typically ranging from $50K–$200K+ annually.
- Lead complex sales cycles in collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, operations).
- Develop strategic partnerships and represent the company at key industry events and client engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of success selling financial products, with a strong track record of quota attainment.
- Experience selling SaaS and/or market data solutions.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders within large, complex organizations.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and highly motivated to win.
- Fluent in English and based in the New York region, with ability to commute to the office.
