Plexus are working with a leading data analytics platform who serve financial institutions and enterprises interacting with digital assets. They are looking for a Sales Director to help expand their connections across the crypto and institutional space.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a high-potential Americas territory, building a robust pipeline through strategic inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Identify, engage, and close new clients, driving ARR growth and expanding market presence.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, closing deals typically ranging from $50K–$200K+ annually.
  • Lead complex sales cycles in collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, operations).
  • Develop strategic partnerships and represent the company at key industry events and client engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of success selling financial products, with a strong track record of quota attainment.
  • Experience selling SaaS and/or market data solutions.
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and highly motivated to win.
  • Fluent in English and based in the New York region, with ability to commute to the office.
