Managing Director – Valuation and Litigation
Harris + Co. has partnered with a leading firm in the valuation industry to recruit a seasoned valuation professional at the Managing Director level. This team brings together exceptional expertise in accounting, valuation, and forensic analysis, enabling them to look far beyond the numbers in both litigation and non‑litigation matters. Their services span business valuations, purchase price allocations, commercial dispute resolution, economic loss and damage assessments, forensic accounting and expert witness testimony.
The company has offices across the U.S. and is seeking a motivated, driven valuation professional to spearhead future growth.
Base pay range
$300,000.00/yr – $450,000.00/yr
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Business Valuation and Litigation Support.
- Existing client/referral relationships and established book of business.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- Business Valuation certifications such as ASA, CVA, ABV preferred.
- Possess strong accounting, finance and economics knowledge.
