Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Harris + Co is working with one of the fastest-growing accounting and advisory firms in the market, supporting the continued expansion of their Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services (FLVS) practice. The group is investing heavily in growth and is seeking a Director to play a key leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and deliver forensic, litigation, valuation, and advisory engagements across a diverse client base.
• Support and expand long-standing client relationships while driving new business opportunities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a growing team, helping shape culture, capability, and technical standards.
• Contribute to practice strategy, thought leadership, and the implementation of technology and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional credential.
• 10+ years of experience within the FLVS space, including 5+ years managing and developing staff.
• Demonstrated success in client development and growing a book of business.
• Expert witness experience is beneficial but not required.
