Objective
To develop, implement, and manage all operations of the real estate division, supporting team standards, vision, and goals. The Director of Operations (DoO) is responsible for safeguarding the company's interests, understanding key metrics, maintaining high accountability, and fostering growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team owners and division heads to set short-term and long-term financial and operational goals.
- Oversee marketing, field operations, listing, and transaction coordination systems to meet company objectives.
- Lead, train, and manage employees within the operations division; analyze performance to identify workflow efficiencies and gaps.
- Develop and maintain an operations manual documenting all systems and standards.
- Manage the administrative budget using the 4 MREA models; analyze financial data to develop plans and identify gaps.
- Review and analyze metrics related to listings, marketing, and contracts to evaluate current status and projections.
- Seek innovative and efficient business processes to save time and money.
- Promote team core values and identify opportunities for business and leadership development.
- Stay informed about industry and brokerage policies to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the purchase, installation, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Director of Rentals on system improvements and opportunities.
- Provide weekly reports on transaction status, potential issues, and marketing efforts to administrative teams and the CEO.
