Are you a true hunter with a passion for driving new business in the Financial Services sector ? We’re looking for a Business Development Director who can open doors, build C-suite relationships, and deliver strong revenue growth in IT services.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new logos in banking, capital markets, and insurance.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and execute with precision.
• Collaborate with practice/delivery teams to craft winning solutions.
• Consistently exceed quotas and deliver multi-million-dollar wins.

What We’re Looking For

• 12–15 years of IT services sales experience with a focus on hunting.
• Strong domain knowledge of financial services .
• Proven track record in closing large deals .
• Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills.
• Based in/around Dallas, TX – strong local network is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available ).
