Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, outside of research
- 5 years of developing & executing therapeutic discovery workflows, including immunization strategies, hybridoma generation & HTS
- Experience with assay development, stable cell-line generation/cell-sorting, & cell biology
- Scientific leadership in antibody discovery (i.e. career development, project execution, meet project timelines & budget)
- Ability to prepare & present project reports
