Position : Senior Director, Pharmacy Operations | Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 | Location: Miramar, FL

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across pharmacy, TPN, specialty drugs, procurement, intake, and delivery
• Oversee budgets, drug contracting, and CMS/commercial reimbursement strategies to drive profitability
• Ensure full regulatory and accreditation compliance (FDA, CMS, state/local)
• Champion quality improvement and patient satisfaction across all home infusion services
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing pharmacy team
• Represent pharmacy operations to executive leadership, health plans, and key stakeholders

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in home infusion or specialty pharmacy
• RPh degree or higher (required)
• Deep understanding of Part B fee schedules, drug prior authorization, and drug contracting strategies
• Infusion Experience Required
• Proven ability to lead multi-site or complex operations with clinical and financial oversight
