Overview
Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – PT/OT/SLP, Skilled Nursing Facility. Type: Permanent, Full-Time. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, no weekend rotation. Facility: 126-bed SNF. Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead the rehab team at a 126-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. This leadership position is open to any therapy discipline (PT, OT, or SLP) with prior management or supervisory experience. As DOR, you will oversee rehab operations, ensure high-quality patient care, manage staffing and compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage rehab department staff across all therapy disciplines
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
- Monitor and improve patient outcomes through quality clinical programs
- Oversee scheduling, documentation, and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with facility leadership to support overall goals
Qualifications
- Licensed PT, OT, or SLP open to any therapy discipline
- Previous rehab management or supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- SNF experience preferred
