Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Provide highest quality service for the customer, yet control costs and manage inventory.
  • Establish and maintain all managerial tools necessary to achieve strong and consistent profitability.
  • Apply leadership skills to enable technician and service advisor employees to achieve the most success they can in a positive environment of team work.
  • Hire, train, and support the best candidates available.
  • Develop strong relationship with the manufacturer and their representatives.
  • Comply with their policies and requirements.
  • Administer warranty claims for accuracy and timely collection.
  • Comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
  • Includes hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, workers comp, and other safety regulations.
  • Co-ordinate with, and support, the automotive group’s management team.

Job Requirements

  • Two years of successful experience as a Service Manager in a franchise dealership.
  • Ability to improve revenues and to control departmental expenses and profitability.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of DMS programs.
