Responsibilities
Assist customers and service staff in identifying and locating automobile parts.
Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Order and stock parts efficiently to maintain inventory levels.
Maintain records of sales and inventory transactions.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve any parts-related issues promptly.
Requirements
Prior experience in automotive parts sales or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficient with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
