Restaurant Area Director Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Multi-Unit Manager for Casual or Fast Casual Restaurants overseeing 3 to 5 $2MM+ locations
- Proven background of building sales and developing restaurant leaders
- Experience with opening new restaurants from start to finish
- 3+ years of tenure in previous restaurant leadership positions
- Hands On Leadership style
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
