Overview

A growing hospitality portfolio is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive execution, performance, and brand consistency across hotel, restaurant, and event operations. This is a results-focused leadership role for someone who enjoys owning outcomes and scaling marketing systems. Key Responsibilities

Build and execute integrated marketing calendars tied to revenue goals Launch and track promotions for rooms, F&B, and events Own KPIs, dashboards, and campaign ROI reporting Oversee website content, UX updates, and OTA/listing accuracy Manage loyalty communications and post-stay marketing automation Coordinate content creation, photography, and promotional assets Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and F&B Coach and manage marketing team members Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in hospitality Proven success executing multi-channel campaigns Strong analytical skills and KPI ownership experience Experience with CRM platforms and guest segmentation Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO Experience managing websites and digital performance Multi-unit or mixed-use hospitality experience Familiarity with booking engines and hotel CMS platforms Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Experience with loyalty programs and automation tools Benefits & Perks
