
Position Summary
This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning and management of Systemwide facilities operations, Environment of Care (EOC), Life Safety Code (LSC) regulatory compliance, and transportation for an 8‑hospital health system, which also includes multiple clinics across 29 counties in eastern North Carolina. The position manages a team of 114 staff members, including corporate and medical center personnel, along with 7 facility managers. This leader oversees the delivery of services in facility maintenance, capital projects, transportation, grounds, and compliance. The role ensures all operations align with the organization's mission, established policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Ten to fifteen years of related experience.
- A four-year degree in an appropriate discipline.
- Professional Engineering License preferred.
Pay Range
$129,750.40 - $189,114.64
