
Business Development Director(AIDC)

Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Establishment and Demand-Oriented Solution Provision: Proactively develop and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships with key clients in the AIDC industry, including data center operators, cloud service providers, and large enterprises with independent AI computing centers. Conduct in-depth investigations and analyses of customer needs. This includes understanding the specific power requirements of their AIDC projects, such as power capacity, power density, redundancy requirements, and energy-saving goals. Based on the identified customer needs, collaborate closely with the technical research and development team to design and provide customized AIDC power system products and solutions.
- Sales Task Achievement: Fulfill and achieve sales strategy, sales targets, and product positioning in the AIDC power system market. Develop a personal sales plan that aligns with the company's strategy, breaking down the annual sales targets into quarterly and monthly goals, and formulating specific action plans to achieve these goals.
- Market Insight and Trend Analysis: Conduct continuous market research and analysis in the AIDC power system industry. Collect and sort out information on market size, growth rate, market share, and pricing strategies. Provide suggestions for improving the company's market competitiveness.
- Marketing Promotion: Participate in important industry exhibitions, seminars, and technical exchange activities related to AIDCs and data center power systems. Promote the company's products and technologies through various channels such as industry media, social media platforms, and professional forums.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electric engineering, engineering, IT/computing, business, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience in IDC, data center infrastructure.
- Good network in the IDC industry.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
