
Human Resources Director
Job Summary

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies to align with the organization’s goals and objectives
Recruit, retain, and develop a talented and diverse team of employees
Manage and coordinate all aspects of HR operations, including benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee communication
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and implement corrective actions as needed
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employee unions, if applicable
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics and data
Conduct bi‑weekly payroll and ensure its accuracy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws/regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
