In this role, you will connect with members who have requested information about their available benefit options. Your primary responsibility will be scheduling brief virtual appointments and guiding individuals through a clear and simple online process. No previous insurance experience is necessary. We provide structured training and step-by-step systems to help you build confidence and succeed from day one. You will manage light inbound and outbound communication, answer questions, update member details, and assist with straightforward digital documentation.
