What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships

Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements

Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance

Collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns and improve sales processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with strong negotiation skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions

Proficiency in sales administration tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Knowledge of industry regulations such as HIPAA to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively serve diverse client populations

Familiarity with marketing techniques, including telemarketing and digital outreach strategies
