Compensation Package

Salary Range : $60,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Occasional travel for company events or client meetings.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, primarily small market with some middle-market accounts.

Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, policy changes, and client communication.

Work with a variety of insurance lines, including property, workers' compensation, cyber, EPLI, and package policies.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Certifications:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in commercial lines insurance. Preference for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of generalist accounts, including all lines, coverages, and industries. Experience with property insurance and small market accounts is a plus.

Soft Skills:

High energy, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
