We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Sales BDC Representative
to join our
Mazda of Bloomington
team. If you are energetic, organized, and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Commission
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls
Respond to and follow up on all internet inquiries via phone and email
Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
Schedule appointments for customers with Sales Consultants
Assist Sales Managers with general business development tasks
Communicate effectively with customers and all dealership departments
Provide new customers with a positive and professional first impression of the dealership
Qualifications
Friendly with a positive, professional attitude
Enjoys speaking on the phone and assisting customers
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to follow direction, adapt to change, and work well under pressure
Ability to professionally de-escalate and resolve customer concerns
Committed to customer service and satisfaction
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Reliable and punctual
