StreetGlow has been a leader in automotive lighting for over 35 years, serving performance shops, dealerships, and enthusiasts nationwide. We are expanding our sales team and looking for someone who understands the aftermarket world and knows how to close.

The Role This is a performance-based inside sales position focused on managing inbound demand, growing key accounts, and providing technical product guidance within the automotive aftermarket.

We are not looking for an order-taker. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls and dealer accounts

Recommend and upsell lighting systems and accessories

Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships

Hit and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive aftermarket or inside sales experience

Strong phone presence and closing ability

Comfortable discussing technical product specifications
