Regional Sales Manager – Northeast Region

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow Bear Track aluminum trailers in the Northeast—one of the most in-demand brands in the recreational trailer market. This is a territory-development role where you’ll continue to build business, with a product that dealers are actively seeking out.

25-30% What You’ll Do
Build and grow relationships with recreational dealers across Lower Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey & Delaware. Demonstrate products, quote pricing, and close sales with new and existing dealer partners Represent Voyager Industries at trade shows throughout your region Collaborate with our Sales and R&D teams to meet customer needs and bring market insights back to the team Train dealers on our order portal and provide ongoing support to help them succeed Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Travel approximately 25-30% of the time to meet with dealers and attend events What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting goals Experience with recreational, marine, or powersports dealers Strong relationship-building and communication skills—you know how to earn trust and keep it Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory HubSpot CRM experience is a plus Paid holidays and PTO 3% 401(k) company match Company product discounts Team events and community involvement Why Bear Track?
