Role Overview This is a full time Personal Lines Account Manager role based in our Oxford, CT location. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and managing an existing book of personal insurance business, building long term client relationships, and supporting retention and account growth. You will collaborate closely with Producers and the service team to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the overall success of the agency. Your key responsibilities may include:

Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage and timely renewals

Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates with strong attention to detail

Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and account rounding opportunities

Prepare renewal proposals and remarket accounts when necessary to ensure competitive coverage and pricing

Provide responsive, solution oriented customer support via phone, email, and in person interactions

Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and adhere to compliance guidelines

Partner with Producers and team members to support client retention, cross sell efforts, and overall client satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years Personal Insurance Account Management experience required

Strong professionalism and ethical standards

Consistent follow through on deadlines meetings and client commitments

Base Salary starting at $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience
