What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Engage with a high volume of customers to guide them through onboarding and product activation

Host training sessions to educate customers on best practices and effective configuration

Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high-quality experience

Monitor customer health and execute intervention playbooks at key moments for successful outcomes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively

What is Required (Qualifications)

Fluency in German

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in a SaaS environment

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for different audiences

Proven ability to build customer relationships and provide effective support

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with 1Password or related cybersecurity products

Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar tools
