What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions
Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring responsiveness and high satisfaction
Assist in aligning messaging and campaigns across the EMS hardware and software portfolios
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
2+ years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device, or B2B marketing
Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in EMS or hospital resuscitation markets
Knowledge of competitive medical software solutions
Familiarity with training initiatives and materials preparation
Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
