What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage inbound leads by responding to inquiries and qualifying prospects based on their needs
Engage prospects through initial discovery calls, emails, and chats to create interest in the employer's offerings
Schedule meetings for senior sales team members to further engage qualified leads
Educate prospects about the employer's features and benefits to ensure they understand the value of the solutions
Track interactions with prospects and manage lead data in the CRM to ensure accurate follow‑ups
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects
Passion for understanding customer needs and offering solutions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM tools and experience managing leads efficiently
Experience using AI tools to support research and workflow efficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2‑5 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar role
Familiarity with WordPress and managed hosting services
Proven track record of generating leads and setting up successful sales conversations
