Ensure the smooth running of our global supply chains – as a Customs and Foreign Trade employee, you will act as the interface between customers, authorities, and international partners.
Tasks
Collection, review, and processing of data in the context of export control law, taking into account German, European, and US export control laws
System-supported creation, processing, and maintenance of supplier declarations and other movement certificates and proofs of origin
Determination of origin and preference for goods
Communication with customers and subsidiaries worldwide
Communication with the relevant authorities (customs, BAFA, IHK)
Profile
Completed training as an industrial or freight forwarding clerk or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in customs and foreign trade
Good English skills
Confident use of Microsoft 365 and SAP R/3
Strong process orientation combined with a structured and analytical approach to work
Communicative personality with team spirit and customer focus
